Case XX Knife Pen in Case With Xtra Ink - Brushed metal w/Gold 2 Blade Pen 1986 is in Like New Condition, with no signs of use.  The case is scuffed and has a light stain on it as shown in the photos.  The holding bands in the case are stretched and not holding pen and refill tightly, could just be age, could be from use.
