Good to Very Condition. The Brochures both have some moisture/water damage as shown in the photos. the 1981 Brochure has some flecking along the spine and typical edge wear, very little if any moisture/water damage. The 1982 Brochure has sharp clean pages but the bottom staple is rusty and may have bled onto the cover or inner pages. I tried to capture the worst of the conditions in the photos.
